Successful Management Buy-Out Point to Paper & Yart Factory

A great message to start the new year with!

After the successful merger last year of Yart Factory and Point to Paper, there is news again.

On 1 January 2021, Yart Factory was officially transferred from founder Joep Hoffmans to Jaap van de Wouw.

In recent years, Jaap van de Wouw has been closely involved in setting the company’s course and strategy, having held various positions within the organisation for 11 years.

Jaap knows the family business inside out, and is therefore the right person to take on the role of owner and director.

Fortunately, Joep is not leaving the company and will continue to work as an advisor on laser cutting innovation and development within the company.
