Point to Paper was founded in 2009 as a separate B.V. within the PRONTY group which was renamed Yart Factory group in 2018. In mid-spring 2020, Point to Paper merged with sister company Yart Factory B.V. and will continue as a brand within Yart Factory for in-service laser die-cutting of paper and cardboard.
In November 2025, the customers of Point to Paper were taken over by Piant B.V., the specialist in die-cutting, milling, laser cutting, and cutting.
Point to Paper operates internationally with representatives in France and Denmark.
